In the process of manufacturing screw barrel for extrusion of blow molding, it is very important to ensure the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the inner wall of the barrel, which is directly related to the service life of the equipment and the quality of the products.
We select high-quality alloy steel materials as the base material of the barrel. These materials have excellent mechanical properties and corrosion resistance, and can withstand the corrosion of high temperature, high pressure and corrosive plastic raw materials. We work closely with well-known material suppliers at home and abroad to ensure that the selected materials meet the highest standards in the industry.
Secondly, we use advanced surface treatment technology to strengthen the inner wall of the barrel. For example, we widely use the nitriding process to form a dense and hard nitriding layer through the chemical reaction between nitrogen atoms and metal surfaces at high temperature. This nitride layer not only has extremely high hardness, which can effectively resist the wear of plastic raw materials, but also has excellent corrosion resistance, which can resist the corrosion of corrosive media such as acid and alkali. In addition, we continue to explore and try other advanced surface treatment technologies, such as bimetallic coating and ceramic coating, to further improve the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of the inner wall of the barrel.
In addition to material selection and surface treatment technology, we also pay attention to the design optimization of the barrel. Through reasonable structural design, accurate manufacturing and strict quality control, the machine barrel can be kept in good running condition during use, and the wear and corrosion problems caused by design defects or machining errors can be reduced.
